01) ABOUT JMK AGENCY
JMK Agency provides website design, website care and related digital services to businesses. By purchasing or using our services, you have agreed and will follow to these Terms & Conditions.
04) WEBSITE CARE
Website Care costs £35 per month and includes reasonable small content changes, website updates, basic checks and ongoing JMK support. Major redesigns, new pages or large additions are not included and may cost extra.
07) CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You must provide the information, branding, images, content and approvals we reasonably need to complete your website. You are responsible for making sure you have permission to use anything you provide to us.
10) MISSED PAYMENTS
If a Website Care payment is missed, we will contact you and allow 7 days for the outstanding payment to be made. If it remains unpaid, we may pause or end Website Care until the account is brought up to date.
13) WEBSITE PERFORMANCE
We will provide our services with care and skill, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted website availability, traffic, enquiries, or sales as Some results and technical third-party issues are outside JMK Agency's control.
02) OUR SERVICES
We provide website design and ongoing website care, with the exact service agreed before work begins. Any additional work outside the agreed service may cost extra, but we will always discuss this with you first.
05) PAYMENTS
Website design payments must be made according to the payment terms agreed before the project begins, and recurring services must be paid on time. We may pause work or withhold final handover if payments has not been made.
08) REVISIONS & CHANGES
Reasonable revisions are included before your website is approved and launched. Major changes or requests outside the originally agreed project may require extra cost, which will be agreed with you first.
11) CANCELLATIONS
You can request to cancel an ongoing service by contacting JMK Agency in writing, subject to anything specifically agreed with you. Payments for work or services already completed are normally non-refundable.
14) PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
We will take care of personal and confidential information you provide while working with us. We will only use this information where reasonably necessary to provide our services, operate JMK Agency or meet legal requirements.
16) CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions, our services or our prices when necessary. Changes will not alter an already agreed project price unless you agree to the change.

03) WEBSITE DESIGN
Our website design service costs £350 and includes a professional website with up to 5 pages, mobile-friendly design, contact forms, social links and basic SEO setup. Reasonable revisions before launch are also included.
06) DOMAINS & THIRD-PARTY COSTS
You’re responsible for purchasing and renewing your own domain, which should be registered in your business's name. You’re also responsible for agreed third-party costs such as subscriptions, and other services unless stated otherwise.
09) WEBSITE OWNERSHIP
Once it has been fully paid out, you will then fully 100% own the final website content. JMK Agency keeps ownership of its reusable tools, methods and materials that were not created exclusively for your business.
12) PORTFOLIO & MARKETING
With your permission, JMK Agency may showcase your completed website through our portfolio or social media using your business name, logo and official website content. We will not share important private information whatsoever.
15) LIABILITY
JMK Agency is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances or third-party services outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
